Questions
Do customers need an app?
No. iPhone and Android read the card with the phone's built-in NFC, and the QR code works with any camera.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once. Your results panel, weekly email and link changes are all included.
Can I change where it sends people?
Yes. Message us the new link and we switch it. The card never needs rewriting, so there is nothing to reprint.
Does it follow Google's rules?
Yes. Every customer goes to the same review page. We never filter or hide unhappy customers.
What do you track?
